Dear Guests,Please let us explain some pertinent parking information... We have reserved a 15-passenger van for those who need assistance, and we will be utilizing a nearby parking lot. We expect that the shuttle will run about every 15-20 minutes (or as needed) throughout the event. Please note that with only one shuttle running, it may take some time to get everyone transported. If you are able-bodied, we would highly encourage walking. The meeting point for the shuttle is at the UPPER parking lot (by the Don Baggett Theater) at Nevada Union High School on Ridge Road. If you are using Google Maps, the address to plug in is 11761 Ridge Rd, Nevada City, CA 95959. If you don't plan on meeting the shuttle, please plan ahead to walk up to 1/2 mile or so (if you are walking from the high school parking lot, it is a flat walk but you will be walking in the shoulder). Please wear sensible shoes for walking &amp; for the backyard setting for the event. Other nearby parking/transportation options: 1. Nevada Union High School on Ridge Road. There are several parking lots there in the lower portion of the school, but if you want to take the shuttle please be sure you are able to walk up to the top lot for pick up. We have clearance from the school to park overnight as long as all cars are gone by Sunday evening. 2. Neighborhood area parking, which you'll need to walk from. There is a street that runs parallel behind us, called Via Vista. The neighborhood is extensive, running down the back side of Ridge Road. You can park anywhere in the neighborhood behind us and walk up (if you park beyond Via Vista be aware that you'll be walking up the hill) to the house. You can also try the area across from us off Ridge Road. The street is called Via Colina &amp; it runs into Ridge Estates Drive, which is another neighborhood area you could park in. You will need to plan on walking if you park over there, as well. PLEASE DO NOT PARK INSIDE THE GATE OF ESKATON VILLAGE ON VIA COLINA!They have a gate that closes at 7pm and their space is NOT an option to park for this event. 3. Taxi &amp; some rideshare (limited) services in town are also available to drop you off at the house &amp; pick you up when you want to leave. This will be up to you to arrange. Parking Info

Please...just do your best! We want you to feel comfortable being "yourself-attending-a-wedding" at our wedding. If you gotta wear flip flops, it's going to be OK. If you've been waiting for the right moment to wear that gorgeous gown in the back of your closet, that's also OK. We don't care if you're more dressed up than we are. Briana is not wearing white, so if you want to wear it, please do! Some people might think that's taboo, but we personally can't be bothered. If you feel you need to ask questions about this, that's OK too. We love you.
